Please understand that we are a small but very, very dedicated group of dog trainers. We work hard to give the dogs in training the care they deserve. Unfortunately, this means you may not get the immediate response you'd expect from a commercial kennel, or boarding facility.

This doesn't mean your email or voice mail is lost. It means we're on the field training and handling the dogs in our program. Please be patient. We do respond to each inquiry received by phone or email. The more information you can provide initially, the easier it will be for us to help determine which program is the right fit for you and your dog.

We try to promptly respond but at particular times we are engaged in training exercises and/or off-site for boot camp field trips. Therefore, it may take a few days to get back to you. We hope you'll understand.
